The 7-footer only hovers around 200 pounds, but has some desirable skills that could make him a well-rounded power forward or center in the NBA. Let’s take a deep dive into his game.Pokuševski is a swing for the fences type of player. It's not everyday that you see a 7 footer that can dribble, shoot and pass with the coordination of a small forward. Still, he has the size (7’0” tall with a 7’3” wingspan) and mobility to excel in the NBA if he can refine his craft and clean up some of his mechanics. He can set his feet quickly when getting his shot off, and his height and quick release allow him to shoot with a hand in his face. If he can add a good amount of lean muscle, he’ll have a better chance at succeeding at the next level.

The first thing that stood out to me was his skill set. The 18-year-old Serbian has a skilled, diverse game and is drawing buzz as a potential first-round-pick. He was the best player on the court 3/3 games. Agile, fluid, coordinated and good footwork for his sizeGood ball handler and can make plays off the dribblePotential to be an effective post scorer and passerMoves well off the ball and can score off pin down actionsI had the opportunity to scout Aleksej Pokusevski live at the 2019 FIBA Under 18 games in Greece last summer. The biggest question mark is his toughness and motor. Pokusevski is such a natural with the ball in his hands he has the potential to play a role similar to fellow Serbian point center Nikola Jokic. The dude moves with such ease that you often forget he’s seven feet tall.

I had the opportunity to scout Aleksej Pokusevski live at the 2019 FIBA Under 18 games in Greece last summer. He’s also an intriguing player in the pick-and-roll; capable of filling both roles.

He could be available around the 18th overall pick in the 2020 Aleksej Pokuševski has one of the widest range of outcomes as an NBA prospect.

There’s a lot to love in that clip.Pokuševski is also a good team defender and weak side shot-blocker.

I'm a really big fan of his ceiling but there are a lot of red flags. In advance of the 2020 NBA Draft, let’s take a look at a number of the prospects the Milwaukee Bucks could consider, continuing with Serbia’s Aleksej Pouševski.A lean string bean, Serbia’s Aleksej Pokuševski is a high-risk, high-reward prospect who played for Olympiacos last season. Check out the following clip, for example.

His wingspan gives him an extra advantage and allows him to swallow ill-advised shots around the basket. What it all comes down to his his strength and frame. His size and athleticism are an A+ for his position. It’s this mobility that immediately jumps off the film at you.He also has very good handles that should allow him to bring the ball up the court in transition and initiate the offense at times. Pokusevski is one of the more interesting international bigs in the 2020 NBA Draft class.

Previously, we looked into Tyler Bey (28th best prospect based on ESPN’s big board) and Aleksej Pokusevski (slated to get picked by the Raptors on Tankathon’s board). At best, he'll be a big that a team can run their offense through and he'll make everyone around him better with his passing while also being able to stretch the floor.

There were games that I watch where he was by far the most dominant player on the court, other games you did not really notice him on the floor. It's not everyday that you see a 7 footer that can dribble, shoot and pass with the coordination of a small forward. He then drops it off to the trailer, before circling back and knocking down a deep three.

His rebounding, shot blocking, and scoring numbers are insane. But since he … It’s hard to project what type of weight a player will add throughout his career, or what kind of weight his body will even allow him to add. The good news is he’s only 19-years-old.
