In the show, Esme Creed-Miles plays Hanna, and she definitely holds her own, particularly for her young age. Some of the fight scenes are unbelievable but I say that about almost all action movies. This is like telling us you're giving us a superman series but instead give us a guy who can't fly and lacks the motivation to protect the disenfranchised.

What an awesome story.

Wanted and waited to watch all this time since the announcement.

In the fallout from this argument, Marissa arrives at Sophie’s house pretending to be Hanna’s mother. (I really enjoyed the movie Hanna as well, starring Saoirse Ronan. Meanwhile, a captured Erik is brutally interrogated by Sawyer and his men.Realising that Hanna will no longer accept anything but the full truth, Erik takes her back to Romania so she can learn more about her past. Worldly elements with an ever morphing landscape that takes you on a ride. The 1000 yard stare nonsense throughout the series made her seem severely and persistently mentally ill when she should have appeared reserved and cerebral. So disappointed. Series Hanna is closer to that simple minded girlfriend of Brian the dog from Family Guy than she is to the movie Hanna but with the inability to control her hormones to boot. More importantly, it actually spends time on deeper themes like what does it mean to be a father, what is love, and even a bit of nature vs nurture. However, Hanna continues to long for the normal life she glimpsed with Sophie and becomes increasingly frustrated at the restrictions her own father imposes on her.
