The lake itself is huge with divided areas for skiing and tubing , children's areas too! We are very thankful for the opportunity to use this reservoir.

To assure public safety during construction of the new marina and bypass pipeline, the reservoir remains closed to boating, fishing, and all other water recreation. when you get there you get a fishing pontoon boat, that is nothing more than benches and a small motor. But you can definitely rent a boat here. No good spots to anchor and go ashore. We had no idea it's only 10 minutes from our new home. All of the facilities are well kept. This place it's gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved it! What a jewel close to homeWhen the weather starts getting warm we head to San Viciente to go wake boarding and water skiing.. What a great way to spend the afternoon cooling off at the lake. Like all the other parks, the city does charge fees for going out on the water or fishing.

With no success they transferred us to a nicer boat and we were able to continue our day, with no problems. The restrooms were very clean.

!Had a great time rented a pontoon with the family, the first one we rented had problems, but the staff quickly helped us out and tried to fix it. Pontoon boats are awesome. Love this lake!
