Answer 1 of 20: Hello, I will be in London for 9 days in early June (during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, plus a few more days) and I'm considering a day trip to Warwick while there. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Very expensive but you cannot get into the castle or the grounds without paying this charge. However I think £10 for a photo is extortionate.

Filled to the turrets with tales of treachery and torture, passion and power, there’s never a dull moment at this enchanting medieval castle. This is where an archer would aim to kill his enemies.This all came with a really informative and entertaining commentary which was hilarious! But, you don’t hear about many archers in battle history, do you?It was fascinating to see the Bowman shoot his arrows high into the air and straight through the eyes of a helmet!
