Highly recommend.Casual burger joint that absolutely nails it.

Probably one of the best burgers I've had in sydney. Fries cooked perfectly,  crispy and soft. I loved the burgers so much that I went for dinner one night and came back for an early lunch the next day...and ordered the same burger twice!Hmm yeah i mean you want a burger and youre around the area.

Good fries, good environmentAwesome burgers!

That being the case, I was keen to try out his literal Burger Project, and I'm certainly glad I did. Burger Project is located in the newish "St Collins Lane," which has replaced the old Australia on Collins shopping mall on Collins Street. Let me explain, firstly there was a bug was on the bread and just I had the urge to bugger off during the tasting. After reading so many great reviews, I was not disappointed. For me, it was the bugger project. Their chairs aren't that comfy though!! It still appears to be half under construction, with only a few clothing stores, a cafe, and this burger place open. St Collins Lane seems to be struggling to get its feet off the ground.

A bit disappointed that you had to pay a dollar extra just to get cheese on your burger though...This place has been bookmarked for so long in my Yelp and I'm so happy I finally got to try this place out! Claim your business to immediately update business information, respond to reviews, and more! Bun is soft but not too greasy. They offer craft beer, wines and non alcoholic beverages to be served upon ordering or as you receive your food. The price is considerably cheaper than most burger places these days and the size is reasonable. We were disappointed, they don't got nothing on Five Guys!So in that i work so closely with Qantas and fly them frequently, Neil Perry (of both Rockpool Bar & Grill and television fame) is a name that's familiar to me given it's on more or less every single Qantas in flight menu.

The burger was pretty good, but the fries were over cooked. The burgers are American to the fullest. Based on price and quality am i gonna eat here? The Burger Project has Neil Perry's name to it, but a casual burger joint.

Got the classic burger for $8.90 which tasted fine but not sure if it was worth the money, chilli chips were oily but delicious! It is upstairs of World Square right next to Din Thai Fung in World Square. Reasonably priced food and clean dining area.Price is affordable and portions as well. 24,929 were here. His restaurants ranges from Burger Project, “the people’s burger” to the award winning, polished and sophisticated Rockpool Bar & Grill. LOL!! We'll be back! The burger meat was extraordinary. Holy amazing. The lady that took our order was so nice too!!!

And it's awkward if you're with someone cause you have the light there between us. But the inside as so cute, and more seats than I thought there'd be!!
