The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. George & Charlien are such gracious hosts! It's the ideal place to stay when visiting Cumberland Caverns, Bluegrass Underground, or Rock Island State Park.

The morning breakfast was on time and was delicious. Though in a peaceful country setting, Falcon Manor is just minutes from downtown McMinnville.
Please consult government travel advisories before booking. We found Falcon Rest in the AAA book & confirmed reviews on Trip Advisor. It is very well restored and has an interesting history.

The owners are very accommodating. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.We had the pleasure of touring Falcon Rest Mansion while we were camping at Rock Island State Park last week. We recently spent a weekend at Falcon Rest B&B. A full gourmet breakfast is available as an option. Rather than adding an extra cost for tours to each nights' B&B stay, we leave it to the guests to decide when and if to pay for that service. For your history buffs there is plenty of information on the tour about the history of the mansion and the area. We promise to feed you well! You must tour the mansion! A completely postive experience. She made the tour very entertaining. Own or manage this property? We enjoyed both of your visits and look forward to more to come.The owners were very nice, and I am sure they do their best, but the place needs an extreme makeover.
To clarify for other readers, the $150 was for our two-bedroom suite and four guests, and all guest rooms are separate from Falcon Rest Mansion, which is a historic attraction.
Would highly recommend it to everyone. We were in the Carriage House.

I have so little time and money to spend traveling, and I always choose B&Bs because they are such a special treat. In fact, Falcon Manor Bed & Breakfast’s central location between Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville makes it an ideal base for any Middle Tennessee vacation.

It is beautiful and reasonably priced. Charlien makes a delicious breakfast with a pretty presentation (at any time you prefer) and George makes you feel so welcome with his knowledgeable & witty conversations on current events, history & tourism in the area.

And the grounds were barren...it was October and not a single fall decoration to be seen. We're so sorry you were disappointed with your stay, Janet. They were relaxing, matching the pace of Falcon Rest. There were a few nice antiques, but they were mixed in with overall uncomfortable decor and atmosphere.
