In addition, while I usually have wine, I was thirsty for a margarita, so ordered that but it was so sour I couldn't drink it; my 3 dinner mates tried it as well and agreed it was way too sour. Charlie was an attentive server. The Beacon Inn. I didn't like the food. The patio and grass terrace is a nice place to hang out and watch the boats on the river.

Looked at the menu again, and decided I would have a mojito; however, that was even worse. 8 reviews. Seated immediately. There's a McDonald's down the street you'll have better luck there.It's pretty rare for me to review somewhere unless I really feel like you need to make a better life choice.

The food and drinks are good, but the real reason to come is to sit outside on the lawn by the river and watch all the boats coming or going from Lake Koshkonong.
