The food is good, standard Caribbean bar fare. Beautiful island. I’d be surprised if you couldn’t arrange a boat from either location to Willy T. You may also want to consider the floating taco bar in Coral Bay (St. John). The open-air building is beautiful and new; the bar in particular is very handsome. Drinks again are standard Caribbean. They really don't make many places like this anymore,...Even though the sign says "no jumping or diving", you can't have a drink at Willy T without jumping off the top deck! It's an old pirate ship floating in a bay where party-goers slam rum drinks and jump off the top of the roof into the warm clear water. Tons of fun. Great place to laze around.
Go have a...Modern day metal boat tucked in the corner of Norman island. We really enjoyed relaxing with our drinks while looking out over the beach and harbor. More "fancy" than most places we stopped on our trip.Our crew of eight thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on Norman Island. Nothing out of the ordinary. One of the many wonderful things about Norman Island is that it boasts several truly spectacular anchorages. The original (wooden) Willy T was a 1935, Baltic Trader. We enjoyed 1/2 price Happy Hour drinks followed by dinner. Sign Up. Oddly, there’s no cocktail list. Favorites were the beef filet with mashed potatoes, snapper, ravioli, and grouper with spinach.
Service...We moored here on a bareboat trip and decided to go ashore for some solid ground and served drinks.
