Management is amazon when you sit down and talk to themThere is little to no communication between the two major call center locations, and it often seems that we are working for two completely different companies. They are not centered around the care and concerns of employees.Poor Managment, Lack of concern with illnesses, Only focus is adherence and you get written up if you miss a day and it falls off in 60 days.This is a great place to work, especially if you are looking for career advancement. Micro management goes to extremes.

Without the lower level would they company be as big as they are..The job isn't difficult but you basically spend 8 hours a day getting yelled at by merchants calling in. ... they get paid by everyone but we as csr only get paid 1 hourly rate which is very close to minimum wage They complain to fast if yr on sick days Demands doctors notes which you have to pay they dont.
Even on slow days you can't have anything else on your desk, can't use the internet, can't do anything except wait until the next call comes.

I had one of the worst managers there.
The pay is so low you can’t even make bills most people here have more than one job!TSYS has many opportunities if you are looking for a place to advance. I loved my manager in my original CSR role. The customer sometimes make it hard to do your job . I have a family and couldn't work the hours that were required.TSYS is a competitive job where nothing is organized and everybody has a problem with you if you are doing your job well.
