Now the headset is dead and won't respond to any input. It's not our fault trying to update.. I had emailed Sagemcom if they recently had a firmware update since Charter Spectrum Tech Support says they don’t send firmware, Sagemcom does. If other websites works fine with Edge, and that particular website that you're accessing doesn't Have used it extensively...Have you checked if this is the only website that's not working on Microsoft Edge?

So this morning when i plugged my G933 to charge, update window pop up so i just try to update it.. It worked fine on 14393.1480. Disappointed of Logitech.. I tried all the troubleshooting available in Google search like resetting both the adapter and headset, reinstall LGS, etc.. Then I realized many people had their headset bricked after the updates.. Come on Logitech.. What are you going to do with my dead G933..? Sad to look at this headset, will be replaced by another for a firmware failure.Mine is also dead on the water....  need help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
