Twists and turns line the plot right up to its conclusion. Think its the quickest delivery I have ever got. It had a great Supporting Cast not the least of which were the children. Here you can appreciate how The director learnt, instead, to balance his style and keep the tension up without declining his personal point of view. Pop some popcorn turn off the lights, and get ready for a treat!

Many horror stories today rely on blood and gore to achieve their effect, but "The Others" is a ghost story in the classic mold. Never mind my old coments this film is so good 5 stars easy. A film made in a very classy and classic way, that in a way reminds of one of five best horror films ever: The Innocent Due to streaming rights, a few shows play with an ad break before and after. The clues are all there but when I first saw the film, I never once suspected the ending. This is the second time I've seen this movie.

Screen sensation Nicole Kidman delivers an utterly unforgettable performance in this scary and stylish thriller! The acting is flawless throughout from the whole cast and the screenwriter made a great job of holding the story together even on second viewing. Turn down the lights be scared and enjoy. A very moving tale of the living and the dead. Alakina Mann and James Bentley did an incredible job! The picture quality is the same as standard DVD (it would not suprise me if it was copied from a standard DVD). Live TV may vary by subscription and location. Fantastically plotted, eerie story with so many layers. Streaming content may count against your data usage. We tried both discs to ensure one hadn't been marked incorrectly, but neither of the discs worked anyway. Really great film, and Kidman is very much on top of her game. Something is not right. When it came, it was sad and beautiful at the same time and it made me think.
You're just not sure what is going on, and yet the movie does throw clues that you that something is amiss. I saw The Lives of Others back when it came out, and I really liked it. -like story. At the end she's actually squeaking.Cinematic story is heart-rending and evocative, Kidman is mesmerizing in this role... This is a movie you want to watch over and over again. Nicole Kidman stars in this WWII-era ghost story that follows a mother and her two children as they move into a seemingly haunted house.
