I went in with very low expectations. The Great Migration was the movement of six million African Americans out of the South to urban areas in the Northeast, Midwest, and West between 1...No llega al nivel de la obra de Alan Moore pero contiene buenas historias.

I was on the fence about reading this for a few reasons.

"BEFORE WATCHMEN has been an unqualified success. DC Universe: Rebirth Deluxe Edition (Dc Universe Rebirth) Some stories are

I only wish whoever laid out this book cared as much as they did. Twelve issues across 1986 and 1987, the product of writer Alan Moore, artist Dave Gibbons, and colourist John Higgins.

He came to prominence with 100 Bullets, published by DC Comics' mature-audience imprint Vertigo. Sometimes.

I must confess I did enjoy this Before Watchmen Omnibus. I liked the comics, it wasn’t the cash grab Watchmen fans feared it would be, top talent authors and artists treated these characters with respect.

This is, by a long, long way, the most money I've ever spent on a graphic novel (even if this is really an omnibus collection of graphic novels), and as I placed the purchase I was already thinking, 'Am I crazy?'

"Before Watchmen" is not anywhere near as good as "Watchmen," but that's in part because "Watchmen" is all but untouchable.

My favorite stories where Night Owl, the stories about the Minutemen and Ozmandias.

Also, I’m a fan of Alan Moore and his body of work.

I really don't like how they ordered the comics in the omnibus (they are in publishing order), but I can jump in any story/comic I want, so it's all right!

El ómnibus contiene Todos los cómics de la serie Before Watchmen ordenados según fecha de publicación.

Enjoyably complex, the fleshing out of Nite Owl, Doctor Manhattan, Rorshach, Moloch and especially Ozymandias is most welcome.

Published I don't think that it were ever necessary to do these, but we got some great artwork and many great stories that happen to tie things together in a creative way.

So for Before Watchmen to work it needed the writers to invent great story arcs. The book is set in the correct reading order, so the issues are mixed up, but its the correct way to read it Read more
